1. Returns & Refunds

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or diffusers cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
